Too often, church has been associated with words like ‘boring,’ and ‘irrelevant,’ but at NECC, we believe that church is supposed to be an enjoyable experience for all. This is a church for people who have given up on church but are interested in getting to know God better.

At NECC, we have no dress code, no hymnals or robes. We feature a rockin’ band, video, drama, dance, and inspiring messages that give you a lift, not a guilt trip.

What Is Our Goal?
Our goal is to accept people where they are and help people understand what it means to walk with God in a personal relationship, be a part of Christ’s body, the church, and share Christ’s love with their world.

The Priority of Community Outreach
If you live on the westside of Indianapolis you will most likely run into one of
our community outreach teams servings in various ways. We try to demonstrate the love of Christ in practical ways such as loading washing machines and dryers with quarters at local laundramats, buying coffee for everyone at Panera Bread, or serving lunch to homeless people at Horizon House. The goal of these outreaches is not to promote a church but to promote Christ in showing His love. You might even find that someone has paid for your meal at a drive-thru restaurant if you get one of the cards below.

Journey is a casual, laid-back, FUN place in Franklin Indiana where people are reconnecting with church and with God.

Journey is a casual, comfortable, laid back place to explore your faith and learn about God, located in Franklin, Indiana. You’ll be welcomed by friendly people, and you won’t be put on the spot or called on. You’ll hear great music and teaching that is relevant and applicable to your life. (When we sing, some people sing along and some just like to listen and enjoy…it’s your choice.) We explain words and concepts that might not be familiar, and we don’t preach at you. Come early and visit the Journey Cafe, where you’ll find free coffee from Benjamin’s Coffeehouse and free donuts from the Old Fashioned Donut and Bakery Shop. Church begins at 11:00 and lasts about an hour.

We have a nursery for children from newborn to two, Jr. KidZone for kids from three to five, and KidZone for kids from Kindergarten through fifth grade. Of course, your children are always welcome to remain with you the entire time, if you prefer. We also have a Youth Ministry for kids from sixth grade through high school that meets every other Sunday night.

About BridgeWay Community Church

Choosing a church that’s right for you can be a very challenging task! These pages will tell you more about who we are, where we came from, what we believe, our values, and our vision. You can find out more about our staff, read our vision for our new multi-site church model, and learn what it means to a Kingdom Church.

We’re a church of about 800 people — men, women, and children. We’re located in Fishers, Indiana, around 126th Street and SR 37. We meet at 9:30 and 11:00, and have a number of small groups, ministries, and classes available to help you get to know us and make important life connections.

If you have any questions about the church, our beliefs, or our vision, please contact the church office or stop one of us when you see us on Sunday morning.
